The Pyramid Rock Festival is a camping music festival held over the New Year’s Eve period at a picturesque coastal location on beautiful Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia. The event takes place from 29th December 2009 until 1st January 2010.
In 2009 the Pyramid Rock Festival will celebrate its sixth year of operation. The festival is held over three exciting days playing host to some of the finest national and international acts. Incorporating two stages, The Pyramid Rock Festival will be showcasing over 50 musical acts, including rock, hip hop, blues and roots, as well as dance and electronic music acts.
Catering for thousands of festival goers from across the nation The Pyramid Rock Festival is renowned for its fun loving festival atmosphere. Witness a magnificent range of acts from high on the cliff tops while the majestic ocean sparkles and pulses below on a summer’s day.
Festival attractions include Market Stalls, Food Village, a temporary car parking facility, shuttle busses to surf beaches and an early arrival camping ticket available for the night prior to the event.
