When will my order be sent to me?
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR TICKETS ARE POSTED. Please do not submit a support request asking where your tickets are, as this only slows down our ticket fulfilment team.

If you do not receive your tickets within 5 business days of the confirmation email stating that they have been posted then please use the link below to track them.

In summary - If you've only received one email (shortly after your order) then your tickets have not yet been posted and there is no need for concern. Once you receive your second email then you should expect your ticket within 5 business days. If you don't receive them please use the support link below which will help you track them.

What kinds of service charges will be added to my order?
2 Day Passes purchased online costs $250 plus $8.00 booking fee.
3 Day Passes purchased online costs $285 plus $9.00 booking fee.
A $5.95 postage and handling fee will be charged for the delivery of your tickets. 

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
In the incidence of a complete event cancellation, we will credit the card holders' accounts, of all patrons who purchased tickets, for the face value of the tickets purchased. All service fees are non-refundable.
For events that are rescheduled or the venue is changed after your order has been completed, your ticket(s) will be honoured on the new date and/or at the new location. To cancel your order upon a date or venue change, contact us with your confirmation number. All service fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Any decisions made regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of an event are those of the event organiser and not our website.
You are responsible for checking the age limit for the event. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification for admittance to an age restricted event.

What if I did not get a confirmation number?
Your transaction may be incomplete. Please contact us with the email address and name used to make the purchase.

Can I change my shipping address?

How can I receive an email copy of my order?

Can I get a refund for my order?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for purchases made via this website.

What should I do if I am disputing a charge?
If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us for immediate assistance. Disputing the charge with your credit card company is time-consuming and unnessecary since most issues can easily be resolved with the help of our friendly support staff.
